Custom Company Logo and Disclaimer Configuration

Visual Expert Web allows organizations to add their branded logos and company disclaimers to the interface. This customization supports brand consistency and helps meet compliance requirements for both internal use and client-facing deployments.

Prerequisites

Administrator access to Visual Expert Web
Logo file (PNG, JPG, or SVG format, max 2MB)
Approved disclaimer text

Configuration Steps

Step 1: Access Company Settings

Navigate to Settings → General → Company Information
Hover over the information (i) icon for field-specific guidance

Step 2: Upload Custom Logo

In the Company Logo section, click [Choose File]
Select your logo file
Ensure dimensions don't exceed 250px (width) × 40px (height)

The logo will appear in both the main menu bar and login screen menu bar.

Step 3: Configure Disclaimer

Enter a clear title for your disclaimer
Add the full disclaimer text in the description field
Keep content concise but comprehensive

Note: Users will be prompted to accept the disclaimer every 24 hours. The disclaimer will be seen as shown in the below sample.

Step 4: Save Changes

Fill in all the required details.
Click the [Save] button to activate the details.
A notification will appear confirming that the company information has been successfully updated.

Removing Customizations

To remove logos or disclaimers, simply delete the content from the respective fields and click [Save].

Troubleshooting Tips

Logo not displaying correctly:

Verify file format is supported (PNG, JPG, SVG)
Check that dimensions are within the specified limits
Ensure file size is under 2MB

Disclaimer not appearing:

Confirm disclaimer text and heading are both filled
Verify changes were saved successfully
Clear browser cache and try again
