Pricing and Credits
The cost is 620€ for 10,000 credits.
AI Credits are automatically recharged at the anniversary date of your subscription. Any unused credits from the previous period will expire at that time.

You have two options to increase your AI capacity:
- Purchase additional credits
- Increase the volume of code supported by your Enterprise license:
Each additional 5M Loc comes with 10,000 additional AI credits.
At the anniversary date of your contract, these 10,000 AI credits will also be recharged.
Additional credits purchased during the year do not expire at the next anniversary date, but at the following one. For example, credits purchased 6 months before the anniversary date have an 18-month lifespan.
If you do not renew your Visual Expert subscription, remaining AI credits will no longer be usable.
AI Credits consumption
Credit consumption depends on code complexity and the AI feature used. In our testing, most operations consumed an average of 4 credits.
During your trial period, you'll receive free credits to see how many credits you typically use with your code.

Every time you use an AI service, the number of credits consumed is displayed with the results. You can also check your remaining credits at any time in the Visual Expert license information.
Important warnings about AI:
As for most AI service, Visual Expert AI features are subject to the following precautions:
- AI can make mistakes. Results should be verified by a human.
- If you repeat the same question, AI will often give different answers. They will likely all be correct, but phrased differently.
- Depending on the length of your query and the answer generated, as well as the number of reasoning iterations required, AI services may take a few minutes to reply.
- When you query the AI about a portion of your code, that code is transmitted in encrypted form to the LLM model on which Visual Expert relies at that time (provided by Open AI, Anthropic, or another provider, depending on model developments). The transport and storage of this data is protected so that neither Novalys nor its suppliers can read your code.
