Aliens Take Over Sybase...
Or well, perhaps it just seems that way. Like the Dilbert strip
where aliens kidnap the PHB and one of them impersonates him.
They all notice because he's suddenly more competent and caring,
so they don't report it.

Using FOP to Handle Formatting of Large Text Blocks in DataWindow
Output
It's been the bane of PowerBuilder development since day one.
You have a DataWindow that contains one or more text blocks
that, when previewed for printing or printed, span a page boundary.
The result: the DataWindow incorrectly handles portions of the
text. The good news is that Bruce Armstrong found at least one
method of addressing the issue.

Visual Guard: Role Based Access
Control solution
With Visual Guard:
• Add security features to your PowerBuilder
and .NET applications
Define which end-users can access your applications.
Manage roles and permissions to determine what what users can
do within the application.
• Make Security independent from the application development
lifecycle:
Grant permissions anytime while the application is in production.
• Delegate access management to end-users with a web console,
and free the hands of the development team.
• Comply with reporting and auditing
requirements (SOX, CMMI, ITIL):
Who has permissions? Who granted them? Who did what in the application?
• Fast and simple integration in any new or existing application.
